We will conduct business under the following terms & conditions.
By placing an order with us through our website, you (The Buyer) agree to the following;
You are aged 18 years or above;
You’re a capable legally of entering into binding contracts;
You accept the Terms & Conditions set out below.
Payment & Pricing
All of our goods must be paid for when the order is placed. We accept payment from most credit & debit cards as well as through PayPal. The order will only be processed when payment is received in full. The payment gateway used to accept payments is Sage Pay via a secure server.
There may be occasions when we may use the personal information provided by yourself at checkout to contact you to verify the transaction. This is for fraud protection purposes for both you and us.
Our site contains a high amount of products and sometimes it may be possible that despite every effort, sometimes a product may be priced incorrectly. If this happens and when confirming the order from you we notice the price quoted is less than the correct price, we will contact you to inform you of this and, at our discretion, may reject the order. If the price quoted is higher than the correct price, the lower price will always be charged.
As we have a store, there may be times when store prices and online prices may differ from each other. Again this is at our discretion.
Prices on the website can be displayed including or excluding VAT using the selector on the top right hand side of the website. When you receive the goods a VAT invoice will be enclosed.
Stock & Availability
Although every effort is made to ensure all items advertised for sale are in stock and available for sale, there may, at times, be occasion where this is not the case. This could be due to delays with manufacturers, quality of goods when checking for despatch or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this is the case, we will contact you and give you the option to place the item on back order if available, supply an alternative, or refund the full value of the product and any associated carriage charges.
Title & Risk
Title of the goods becomes yours when payment is received in full.
Risk of the goods becomes yours on delivery of the goods.
Delivery costs will be calculated for you on our website at time of checkout.
In most cases, where the product is in stock, orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email confirmation confirming despatch of the goods and further tracking information will be available to you via our couriers.

At any point you can contact us regarding the delivery of your order via the contact us section of our website, quoting your order reference.
Warranties & Guarantees
All Products on our website come with a standard manufacturer’s guarantee, which is usually 12 months from purchase date. In some cases the manufacturer will give longer guarantees on their products if you register them on the manufacturer’s website within 30 days of purchase. More details of the specific manufacturer’s warranty can be found on the product page of the item or contacting us via our Contact Us page to find out more.
All warranties will only stand if the product has been used in the correct manner and not mistreated in any way. If this is the case and they see the product has been misused, you be liable for any delivery charges incurred with the return of the product.
If you incur a fault with any product purchased, please get in touch with us via our Contact us page will provide instructions of the warranty procedure.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do this within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will need to contact us via email with your order number & reason to notify of us this.
Delivery costs of returning the goods to us will be liable by you. Once the goods have been received back in the same condition they were sent to you in, a refund for the value of the product will be issued less any delivery charges. Refund will be issued back to the same card/ PayPal account used to pay for the goods.
Our Mistakes, Faulty & Damaged Items
If an item has been supplied to you incorrectly, faulty or damaged, then please get in touch via email to make us aware, you can do this through the contact us section on our website. Arrangements will be made to collect the item from yourself free of charge and the goods will either be replaced, if requested by you, or a full refund will be issued on receipt of the goods.
None of the information in these Terms & Conditions should affect your legal rights. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by English Law & any disputes will be dealt with by the English Courts. We are not liable for any damages caused by any issues beyond our control.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by anything set out in the above Terms & Conditions.
